Invenda Corp. will operate 3 business units going forward: Collabrys is the new name for the Company's integrated digital relationship marketing solutions business unit; E-centives will be the name for the business focused on Internet coupons and online promotions; and ConsumerREVIEW is the name of the network of media properties focused on user generated content.
