Invenda Corp. Announces creation of New "E-centives" and "Collabrys" Operating Brands
Recent Corporate Name Change and New Business Brands Reflect Company's Growth and Evolution
BETHESDA, MD -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 05/22/2007 -- Invenda Corp. (SWX: INVN), which recently changed its corporate name from E-centives, Inc., announced today new branding and corporate structure for its business units. Invenda Corp. will operate 3 business units going forward: Collabrys is the new name for the Company's integrated digital relationship marketing solutions business unit; E-centives will be the name for the business focused on Internet coupons and online promotions; and ConsumerREVIEW is the name of the network of media properties focused on user generated content.
"Marketing online is continuing to gain momentum. We believe Invenda's business units will enable us to better focus on offering a full supply chain of digital marketing solutions, ranging from online advertising to relationship marketing, and from small campaigns to full blown multi-touch point relationship management programs," said Kamran Amjadi, Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder of Invenda Corp. "We continue to innovate in a variety of related areas, and have built a diverse patent portfolio in support of our solutions."
