Myriad announced that with this release, msngr now has more than 40 channels live across Mexico, Colombia and Central America containing exclusive content from leading brands including; Goal, Warner Music and Cinépolis.

In Mexico alone, both channels from Terra and Ximena Sariñana have well over 100,000 followers each, just only a few weeks after launch, with individual posts being shared millions of times. msngr is completely free from service and carrier charges when a user is on a partner network and is available to anyone with a data enabled mobile phone, from feature phones to the latest smart phones. Partnerships have been announced with América Móvil and Telefónica in Latin America. -

Da sich die Publikation der Userzahlen hinauszögert kann ich mir vorstellen, dass Myriad zusätzlich zu den Zahlen noch weitere News kommuniziert. Ich könnte mir folgende News vorstellen:
- Release der iOS-Version (vielleicht sind die Entwickler einfach langsam?)
- Konkretisierungen zur Monetarisierung / Ergebnisse der Testphase
- Weitere Partnerschaften
- Veröffentlichung der tatsächlich aktiven Userzahl

Myriad’s fifth consecutive quarterly double-digit percentage rise in its user base to the msngr chat service follows its global plan of delivering a best of breed application direct to consumers along with strategic partnerships with mobile operators. With planned service enhancements and a strategy of working with brands and sponsors, msngr chat is on an upward trajectory. Junktrader: Das sehe ich auch so. Falls die Userzahlen gegen 90 Mio gehen, ist alles im grünen Bereich - das Wachstum im Vergleich mit Q1 und Q2 wäre dann im gleichen Rahmen (+30%)...
Sollte sich das Wachstum aber beschleunigt haben, sind 95 Mio Users und mehr nicht mehr sooo unrealistisch... Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr gespannt auf die Bekanntgabe der Userzahlen! Lange müssen wir uns ja nicht mehr gedulden =)

Bin schon gespannt auf die Userzahlen Anfang Oktober. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass sich diese in der Region von 100 Mio. befinden...

LAUSANNE, Switzerland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that the SIX Swiss Exchange has granted the Company an extension - until August 29, 2014 - for publishing and submitting its Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2014. Logitech's Annual Report was previously scheduled to be published by July 31, 2014.
As previously disclosed, Logitech's Audit Committee, with the assistance of independent advisors, is conducting an independent investigation of certain accounting matters related to the Company's previously issued financial statements. Related to the Audit Committee's investigation, the Company is performing additional work associated with its Fiscal Year 2014 Annual Report on Form 10-K, which might result in adjustments to the previously issued financial statements. The Audit Committee has not reached any conclusion because the investigation is ongoing. Due to the investigation and the additional work being performed, Logitech has not yet filed its Fiscal Year 2014 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and this delay also impacts the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2014 that is published and submitted to the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The SIX Swiss Exchange reserves the right to suspend trading of Logitech shares if Logitech does not publish its Annual Report by August 29, 2014 or receive an additional extension from the SIX Swiss Exchange. Logitech's initial request to the SIX Swiss Exchange was for a longer extension - beyond August 29, 2014 - to enable the Company to complete the investigation and the additional work for the Annual Report. That initial request has been stayed. In early August, Logitech plans to submit to Nasdaq and to the SIX Swiss Exchange a plan to regain compliance with listing requirements for each stock exchange. Once the plan is submitted to the SIX Swiss Exchange, Logitech may renew its request for a longer extension based on the compliance plan and the Company's ongoing independent investigation and related additional work.
Logitech continues to devote significant resources to complete and file all required periodic reports with the SEC and SIX Swiss Exchange as soon as possible following completion of the investigation.

Evolva startet kommerzielle Produktion von Resveratrol
Reinach, Schweiz, 28. Mai 2014 – Die Evolva Holding AG (SIX: EVE) hat heute den Start der kommerziellen Produktion ihrer Resveratrol-Ingredienz bekannt gegeben. Evolva ist die Optimierung und Skalierung des Fermentationsprozesses gelungen, was die Herstellungskosten wettbewerbsfähig macht und damit die kommerzielle Einführung ermöglicht. Das Produkt von Evolva weist eine hohe Reinheit auf (>98% reines trans-Resveratrol), basiert auf einer kontrollierten und zuverlässigen Lieferkette und wird aus natürlichen, nachhaltigen Ausgangsstoffen produziert. Es ist das einzige Resveratrol-Produkt, das gebraut wird.
Evolva hat einen Auftragsfertiger in Nordamerika mit der Produktion kommerzieller Chargen von Resveratrol beauftragt und rechnet damit, im 3. Quartal 2004 erste Lieferungen zu erhalten. Die Anstrengungen zur weiteren Reduktion der Herstellungskosten werden nach der Lancierung fortgeführt. Zudem sind Gespräche mit einem globalen Netz von Distributoren im Gange, um die Umsätze nach der Lancierung zu beschleunigen.
Evolva hat mit den Vorbereitungen zur Markteinführung begonnen und wird an der Jahreskonferenz und Food Expo des Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) vom 22. bis 24. Juni (New Orleans, USA) teilnehmen. Neben weiteren geplanten Aktivitäten zur Markteinführung von Resveratrol in der zweiten Hälfte 2014 wird Evolva mit einem Stand an der SupplySide West 2014 Expo (Las Vegas, USA) vertreten sein, die vom 6. bis 10.
