    bin ein lernender oder versuchs zumindest in sachen börse. siehe pozn :idea:

    was ich bislang gesehen hatte, waren steigende kurse nach fda-approvals. aber eben.

    bei posc warte ich sozusagen noch immer auf die news.

    was ich vorher so gelesen hatte, war mir zu wenig überzeugend, um einzusteigen.


    softize, wie gesagt gehen die bei mir auch nicht.

    zuviel traffic oder die putzfrau.

    bei ib kannst du eine moc (market on close) order eingeben. die muss aber so ca. 20 min vor börsenschluss abgegeben werden.

    habe dies noch nie gemacht. meine trading-strategien sind nicht so ausgeklügelt. :lol:

    "THIS IS IMPORTANT. I just got off the phone with Bill Hodges, who is the CFO. He assured me the FDA had NOT rendered a decision and it would most likely be at the end of the day if they do. POZN will issue a PR sometime after they receive the decision although it could be later than today.


    Hodges contacted NASDAQ Market Watch (800 537 3929) to report the manipulation of the stock. They have been flooded with phone calls. Their IR person has been instructed not to speak to anyone. I had her on the phone for 5 hideous minutes.


    This is clearly market manipulation and fraud. I lost a huge amount of my position even though I had just canceled my stop market orders per recos from this board. No one knew this was coming. But I cannot be the only one who thought the approval was denied and therefore the stock tanked. Fortunately I didn't sell at the very bottom - but the loss is substantial."


    entscheid wohl eher after market oder sogar erst nächste woche.

    meinen sl hat es nicht ausgelöst und bin jetzt im minus. hatte am nachmittag in froher erwartung noch nachgetankt.

    mit verspätung, weil ich nicht immer so viel zeit für die börse habe: doch noch alle epi bezugsrechte ausgeübt und neue aktien sind im depot.


    erfolgreiche ke stimmt mich noch optimistischer, dass der kurs schön steigt.

    Abingworth has invested in listed biotech company Epigenomics AG as part of an oversubscribed €33.1m fundraising round.


    Following the transaction, Abingworth will become the largest shareholder in the company.


    German Epigenomics AG completed the placement of 14.7 million new ordinary bearer shares, which were placed at the subscription price of €2.25 per new share resulting in gross proceeds of about €33.1 million.


    The rights offering started on 15 March and ended on 29 March. ICF Kursmakler AG acted as sole lead manager and sole underwriter.

    danke der nachfrage.

    post von der bank kam erst am freitag.

    werde bezugsrechte ausüben, bin mir noch nicht schlüssig, ob ich vollständig zeichnen soll oder nicht.

    muss bis am do antworten.

    im moment steigt epi wieder. bin selber in bezug auf epi optimistisch.

    frage mich auch, ob viele die aktie nach der ke gleich wieder verkaufen, weil der kurs höher liegt als der ep über das bezugsrecht und sich dadurch günstige(re) einstiegschancen ergeben.
