Der Reverse Stock Split soll wie bereits bekannt im Verhältnis 250:1 als technische Anpassung des Aktienkapitals erfolgen. Der Nennwert der Evolva-Aktien erhöht sich von 0,05 Franken pro Aktie vor der Aktienzusammenlegung auf 12,50 Franken pro Aktie nach der Aktienzusammenlegung.
Bei 0.069 ca. CHF 17.25

200'000 Aktien × 0.02Rp. = CHF 4'000.00 ( Kurs im Moment)
200'000 Aktien: 400 = 500 Aktien
500 x 0.01 = CHF2'000.00
Verlust CHF 2'000.00

es war von 240000 Stk. die Rede ❗️ und der Kurs ist ja im Moment bei 0.0198 ❗️…..das andere ist der Nennwert ❗️🤪

Bei 5520 Aktien ein Verlust von 320 Aktien.. Einkaufspreis war damals 0.39 Fr. kommt einer Vernichtung gleich.
