Cannabis Science, Inc. Provides Updated Corporate Guidance On Proposed Dividend

Cannabis Science, Inc. announced that it proposes to issue a special dividend to all shareholders of the current common Class B shares on the proposed record date of December 31, 2010, which will consist of a dividend of shares in the new common Class A shares at the ratio of 1:10 for each common Class B share held. In addition, the Board proposes to give each shareholder of record a share purchase warrant consisting of an option to purchase one additional share of the new common Class A share for each special dividend share received. Each warrant will be exercisable into one of the new common Class A shares at a price of $0.50 per share for a period of three months, expiring 90-days after all the proposed changes officially take effect.

Our predictions on Kraig Biocraft Laboratories (KBLB) – We Remain Very Positive on KBLB

We recently had the opportunity to speak with Kim Thompson, CEO of Kraig Biocraft Laboratories. While he is always very careful in selecting the words he uses to describe his business moving forward and is always very careful not to reveal any nonpublic information, we believe, because of our very extensive knowledge of the Company and its technologies, we are nevertheless able to make some interesting predictions as what will happen next at the Company. Here are our predictions going forward.

Additions to the Business Advisory Board – Over the past few weeks, Kim Thompson has added two very seasoned executives to his Business Advisory Board. The first was Henry Wendt, who is the renowned former head of SmithKline Beecham. Mr. Wendt this well known for his abilities to grow organizations both organically and through acquisition. The second edition to the advisory board was Raymond Kutsunai, who is also a former senior executive at SmithKline. This executive, however, specialized in Asian operations where his business contracts are very expensive. It surprises us little that the Company selected Mr. Kutsunai as we believe they are preparing to forge a relationship with an Asian partner. We expect the Company to add one additional senior executive to this advisory board and we believe it is likely this additional person will have extensive experience within the technical textiles marketplace.

When we issued our research report, back when the shares were only a few cents, we placed a price target of $0.40 on the shares. We now think that price target is likely too conservative. At $0.40 the total market capitalization of Kraig Biocraft is approximately $220 million. We believe this market capitalization is supportable relative to revolutionizing silk production for the garment industry alone. China exports between $3 billion and $5 billion of silk fabric into the garment industry each year. Having a technology that could easily affect only 20% of this market would impact approximately $800 million of revenues each year. Additionally, because this new type of silk is much more resilient than is ordinary silk, the size of the total market would likely expand as additional garment manufacturers integrated silk into their product lines. We would also have to place significant additional value to Kraig Biocraft’s market capitalization relative to the technical textiles markets. DuPont Kevlar is a multi- billion dollar per year brand and spider silk could be competitive in several sub segments of the market. In our opinion, the value of the technical textiles markets for spider silk easily exceeds that relating to silk production for the garment industry.
