Die 1,50er Grenze wurde (nachhaltig) überschritten; mal schauen, wohin die Reise heute noch geht..

Es ist ruhig geworden in diesem Thread... Ist ausser mir noch jemand investiert? Wie schätzt ihr die weitere Kursentwicklung ein? Es müsste ja bald News geben - am Donnerstag ist eine Investors Conference angesetzt, ausserdem brodeln Übernahmegerüchte. Ich bin verhalten optimistisch, dass mein durchschn. EP von USD 1,55 bald überschritten wird.

Schade, nach hoffnungsvollem Start ist DPTR heute unerwartet tief ins Minus gerutscht, und das, obwohl die Zahlen recht ordentlich ausgefallen sind... jetzt braucht's wohl ein Buyout, ansonsten dümpeln wir weiter um USD 1.50 und tiefer

Delta Petroleum To Sell 37.5% Of Vega Area Assets To Opon In $400 Mln Deal - Update(RTTNews) - Oil and gas exploration and development company Delta Petroleum Corp. (DPTR) Thursday said it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with oil and natural gas field development services provider Opon International LLC to sell 37.5% non-operated working interest in Delta's Vega Area assets in the Piceance Basin for a total consideration of $400 million.
Delta said it would retain operations of the Vega Area subject to a joint venture agreement with Opon.
Delta expect to use $225 million of the total consideration for the development of the Vega Area over the next three years, and the remainder would be used for its balance sheet obligations and general working capital purposes.
Delta has also agreed to issue to Opon at closing, warrants to purchase 13.3 million shares of its common stock at $1.50 per share and 5.7 million shares at $3.50 per share.
This offer is contingent upon the buyer's ability to arrange financing, and Delta has granted Opon a 60-day exclusive period to finalize the transaction, which is expected to close on or before June 1, 2010.
Delta said it would provide further details of the deal upon the execution of definitive agreements. The letter of intent is subject to customary due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive binding agreements.
Morgan Stanley and Evercore Partners were serving as financial advisors for Delta, while Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP served as legal advisor. Opon's financial advisor was Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, and legal advisor was Hogan & Hartson LLP.
