    Ich lese Vandelfst Einträge eigentlich sehr gerne im Ariva-Forum, da ich sie für fundiert halte und ich auch denke, dass er weiss wovon er spricht.


    Ich möchte hier mal eine ehrliche Antwort (denn zurzeit weiss ich nicht mehr wirklich, was ich glauben soll)


    Wie sollen die prefs und Commons überhaupt ins Geld kommen? Und das mit den TPS-Holders, und ihrem Teilrückzug... scheint so, als würde diese auch nicht mehr wirklich Chancen sehen?

    Die sachlichen Postings von VanDelft lese ich übrigens auch sehr gerne. Ich habe aber ein Problem mit seiner äusserst arroganten und überheblichen Art. Dazu kommen seine ständigen Beleidigungen, die teilweise sehr "grenzwertig" sind um es mal vorsichtig zu auszudrücken.


    Wie sollen die Prefs & Commons überhaupt ins Geld kommen?


    Von der TPS-"Schützenhilfe" profitiert wenn überhaupt nur die Vorzugsklasse (WAMPQ & WAMKQ). Wie in meinem Posting geschrieben, hoffe ich auf ein neues Global Settlement Agreement, worin das Equity massgeblich berücksichtigt wird, sowohl Stamm- wie auch Vorzugsaktien.


    Der erste Schritt für ein verbessertes GSA wird der hoffentlich abgelehnte POR V6 sein! Danach werden die Karten sozusagen wieder neu verteilt. Unser Investment hängt nach wie vor an einem seidenen Faden.

    Confirmatino-Hearing (Objections)

    Ich rechne mit einem Entscheid in der ersten Dezember-Woche. Das Confirmation-Hearing beginnt am Mittwoch, 1. Dezember 2010. Zwischen dem 1., 2 und 3. Dezember 2010 dürfte der Entscheid fallen.

    was können wir erwarten wenn der por tatsächlich abgelehnt wird? wohl ein hype v.a. bei den commons (wäre ein kurzfristiger zock wert). was denkt ihr wie es nach einem abgelehnten por kurzfristig weitergeht...langes verfahren oder schnelle nachbesserung des por's mit einem angebot an prefs und commons?

    Würde es, ja... aber im Moment ist eh alles Spekulation. Falls der POR abgelehnt wird, kann es schon sein, dass die Commons noch etwas anziehen werden. An der Gesamtsituation hat sich meiner Meinung nach, noch nichts geändert und bevor die Vorzüge nicht massiv Anziehen, sind die Commons nur ein "Zocker-Werkzeug"... denke in der ersten Woche Dez sind wir schlauer...


    Alles andere wäre nun nur Spekulation :D

    Der Examiner hat in seinem Report Wells Fargo bereits erwähnt. Siehe Auszug:


    "Wells Fargo: Wells Fargo had a very low level of interest because of their already strong

    branch presence in California.907 After conducting a preliminary due diligence, Wells Fargo

    determined that a whole-bank transaction was not economically feasible. 908 Wells Fargo did not

    submit a bid to the FDIC. It did send a letter to Chairman Bair on September 24, 2008, in which

    it explained why it was not submitting a bid and made a proposal for further discussion. 909

    Among other things, Wells Fargo said that potential losses associated with WMB's loan portfolio

    Die Entscheidung ob der Reorganisationsplan angenommen wird oder nicht fällt einzig alleine das Konkursgericht. In unserem Falle The Honorable Judge Mary Walrath. Der Bankrupcty Code sieht vor, dass mindestens eine sogenannte "impaired class", eine beeinträchtigte Klasse dem Plan zustimmen muss, damit dieser vom Gericht auch abgesegnet werden kann. Diese Voraussetzung ist nun gegeben. Ob der Plan in der jetzigen Form aber durchkommt, wird sich im Rahmen des Confirmation-Hearings evtl. bereits nächste Woche zeigen.


    Das Confirmation-Hearing wird eröffnet am Mittwoch, 1. Dezember 2010 mit dem TPS-Trial.


    Wir kommen nun langsam in die heisse Phase… 8)
