Danke für diese Gedanken, welche mich doch etwas nachdenklich stimmen.

Andererseits kann ich die Meinung von Atlan nachvollziehen, wonach die Aktie ein Momentum hat und bekanntlich da draussen immer noch viel Geld darauf wartet, in neue, erfolgsversprechende Innovationen und Geschäftsmodelle zu investieren.

Früher hätte ich hier mit meinem bisherigen Plus von 50% längst Kasse gemacht, aber meine Erfolge in den letzten 11 Monaten haben mich wohl anspruchsvoller werden lassen.

Bin ich am Ende selbst ein Beispiel dafür, wie Gier und Zockerei das Geschehen an den Börsen bestimmen, so dass am Ende alles böse enden muss?! Hmmh...

Hat was der Gedanke, geht mir auch ein bisschen so ..

wir dürfen allerdings nicht vergessen, dass wir hier mit EXRO schon etwas ungewöhnliches erlebt haben (auf jeden Fall ich). Gestern war auf SRF1 um 13:00 ein Interview von einem BlackRock Verantwortlichen zur Börsenlage, der Interviewer hat immer darauf hingewiesen dass wir da in einer gefährlichen Blasenbildung seien, er hat aber gut gekontert und es ist hörenswert. Im Moment sind einfach Sachwerte wozu auch Aktien gehören erste Wahl und ja die die schon haben profiitieren davon und seit diesem Jahr gehöre ich auch dazu (EXRO sei Dank).

Bin nicht der Sportwetter, aber sagt man nicht auch, dass man nach einem grossen Gewinn aufhören soll und nicht nochmals alles setzen soll. Oder wie hast du das "nicht entspannen" gemeint?

Sixth Wave's Polymer Imprint Detects SARS-CoV-2 During Initial Testing - Newsfile

Halifax, Nova Scotia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 9, 2021) - Sixth Wave Innovations Inc. (CSE: SIXW) (OTCQB: ATURF) (FSE: AHUH) ("Sixth Wave", "SIXW" or the "Company") is pleased to announce preliminary results evidencing the binding and detection capabilities of its Accelerated Molecular Imprinted Polymers ("AMIPs™") technology for the rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 (the "Virus").

As previously reported, SIXW recently produced a first-generation molecular imprint of the Virus (the "Imprint"), thereafter commencing a series of validation tests to quantify the effectiveness of the imprinting process (the "Validation Testing"). The initial steps of Validation Testing are to characterize the virus template, the polymer as well as the imprints of the COVID-19 virus in the AMIPs(™).

Using this feedback, and adjusting for parameters impacting the accuracy and speed of detection, successive iterations of the Imprint will continue to be derived. The goal of this process is to generate a precise master imprint, capable of identifying the Virus with exceptional accuracy (the "Definitive Imprint"). The successful proof-of-concept allows for testing of different parameters and features for product development and prototyping. Ultimately, the goal will be to have an AMIP(TM) capable of being deployed in a wide range of applications, including smart-clothing and PPE applications, airborne sensors, breathalyzers, ELISA-based technologies, cartridge/lateral flow designs, and others. Announcement of Successful Detection of the Virus

The first stage of the now in-progress Validation Testing program comprises analyses to confirm that the Imprint is capable of effectively binding to the target Virus and being detected by a sensor system. To accomplish this, SIXW used a variety of analytical tools typical of validating and quantifying binding and detection of viruses, including Atomic Force Microscopy ("AFM") and Quartz Crystal Microbalance ("QCM"). The Company continues to benefit from its engagement with the University of Alberta ("UofA") researchers and utilizing UofA's advanced laboratory and associated assessment tools.

Sixth Wave is pleased to report that initial detection has now been successfully achieved via AFM / QCM analysis which has provided positive results indicating that the virus is attracted to the AMIPs(™) polymer at detectable levels.

"This is a considerable step forward on the path to product validation," said Dr. Jon Gluckman, President and CEO of Sixth Wave. "As we have already demonstrated the ability to produce an Imprint on reasonably short turnaround, this most recent testing establishes that the polymer works - it captures the virus at detectable levels. Background & Next Steps

Preliminary results using AFM and QCM at the UofA facility give evidence to the binding of the Virus into the associated imprinted cavities of the polymer. Pre- and post-exposure changes in frequency response of the QCM empirically demonstrate the ability of AMIPs(TM) to detect the Virus.

Now that initial Imprint and binding analyses have been completed, the Company will pursue remaining Validation Testing in order to optimize the existing AMIPs™ configuration, with a view to establishing the Definitive Imprint. Forthcoming test work, utilizing AFM/QCM and possibly other techniques, will include optimization of the Imprint for sensitivity, selectivity, capture rates and speed of detection. As part of the optimization process, the Company intends to perform additional testing to validate the ability of the AMIPs™ to capture and detect the mutations and variants of the Virus.

Test work at the UofA laboratories is progressing under the direction of Sixth Wave Senior Scientist Dr. Garrett Kraft, in cooperation with Dr. Michael J. Serpe (UofA Department of Chemistry) and Dr. Michael Joyce (UofA Department of Medical Microbiology), to achieve proof-of-concept for the AMIPs™ virus rapid detection platform. The relationship with UofA allows for access to the Virus and other pathogens, as well as access to a variety of advanced analytical equipment needed for this development.

As previously reported, SIXW has filed two patents regarding the AMIPs platform, and has established a collaborative research team including other world-renowned scientist and research centers.

Wollte mich hier in den letzten Tagen/Wochen nicht mehr Gross zu Wort melden, da bei diesen Diskussionen immer sehr viel "noise" mit dabei ist. Das Gestern war bereits ein kleiner Vorgeschmack auf was noch kommen wird. SIXW fliegt immer noch unter dem Radar und ist nur einem sehr kleinen Teil der Marktteilnehmer bekannt. Diesen Vorteil können wir im Moment noch nutzen um weiter bei günstigen Kursen zu kaufen. Wenn hier wirklich Volumen reinfliesst, dann wird die Aktie sehr sehr schnell bei >1 CAD stehen. Katalysatoren stehen mit der ersten Auslieferung des Affinity-System sowie den Entwicklungsfortschritten von AMIPS genügend an, um hier ein richtiges Kursfeuerwerk loszutreten.

Die Technologie von Sixth Wave hat alles was es für eine gute Story braucht. Exposure im Cannabis, Gold und "Health Science" Bereich. Was will man noch mehr?

Vielen Dank, Tony. Du scheinst dich ja mit der Firma gut auzukennen.

Ich kann die technischen Details der Produkte von SIXW nicht abschliessend verstehen, aber ich finde auch, dass das alles überzeugend rüberkommt und eine breite Palette von Anwendungsmöglichkeiten besteht.

Ich bin mit einer kleineren bis mittelgrossen Position am Start (16'000 Stück AHUH, zu einem durchschnittlichen Preis von EUR 0.22). Für einen grösseren Einstieg fehlt mir etwas der Mut bzw. die letzte Überzeugung, ausserdem steckt mir immer noch der jüngste EXRO-Schock in den Knochen...

Genau hier liegt bei SIXW noch das Problem. Zu wenig Investoren verstehen die Technologie und das enorme Potenzial das damit verbunden ist. Wenn ich eine DD für eine meiner Investitionen mache dann stelle ich mir immer die Frage: "Welches Problem löst das Unternehmen mit ihren Dienstleistungen oder Produkten?". Gerne meine Gedankengänge hierzu:

IXOS (Gold Extraction)

Die Bergbauindustrie reicht weit zurück und wird seit hunderten von Jahren betrieben. Zu Beginn des Industriezeitalters wurde die Förderung durch Dampfmaschinen wesentlich vereinfacht, was den Einsatz von Wasserpumpen, Hebegeräten sowie Maschinen zum Bohren und Zerkleinerern ermöglicht hat. Seitdem sind viele Innovationen auf der Verarbeitungsseite hinzugekommen, mit einem starken Fokus auf Komponenten der chemischen Wissenschaft, welche die Extraktionstechnik aus dem zerkleinerten Gestein verbesserten. Während sich die Explorationstechniken laufend weiterentwickelte, wird die Extraktion immer noch mit jahrzehntealten Methoden betrieben. Ein Beispiel für eine Technologie, die längst überfällig für eine Innovation ist, sind die Carbon-in-Leach (CIL)/ Carbon-in-Pulp (CiP)-Verfahren, die nun schon seit über einem Jahrhundert eingesetzt wird. Eine schlechte "Recovery Rate" ist hier das Problem, denn mehr als 10 % des geförderten Goldes gehen in der Cyanidlösung mit Aktivkohle verloren. Dieses Problem löst Sixth Wave mit IXOS in dem die MIPS eine höhere Bindung zum Zielmolekül, in diesem Fall Gold (Au), aufweisen. Dadurch geht in der Cyanidlösung weniger des Gold verloren, was dementsprechend in einem tieferen OPEX für die Goldminen resultiert. Darüber hinaus entstehen auf der Kosten- und Investitionsseite weitere Vorteile wie z.B. tieferer Wasser- und Energieverbrauch bei einem reduzierten Einsatz von Chemikalien. Die Anwendung wurde bis jetzt für den Goldminensektor entwickelt, könnte aber gemäss SIXW auch für den Lithium- und Silberabbau eingesetzt werden. Erste Tests dazu sollen angeblich schon stattgefunden haben.

Affinity (Cannabis Extraction)

Für die Extraktion von CBD und THC aus Cannabis werden derzeit mehrere Technologien eingesetzt, darunter Chromatographie, Extraktion mit organischen Lösungsmitteln (z. B. Pentan) sowie die CO2-Extraktion. Eine neuere Technologie, die auf Membranextraktion basiert, wurde von Green Sky Laboratories vorgestellt. Die Chromatographie ist das einzige Verfahren, das weit verbreitet ist, um entweder hochreines THC und CBD (oder andere Cannabinoide) aus den Pflanzenextrakten zu gewinnen. Es ist ein arbeitsintensiver Prozess, der auch unter einer unvollständigen Purifikation leiden kann (Zurückbehaltung von restlichen Verunreinigungen/unerwünschten Nebenprodukten). Je nach verwendetem Lösungsmittelsystem gibt es auch Kosten- und Sicherheitsbedenken, da einige der für die Chromatographie benötigten Lösungsmittel toxisch sind. Sixth Wave hat sein Affinity-Extraktionsverfahren entwickelt, um THC und/oder CBD aus Cannabis/Hanf zu extrahieren und so reine THC- und CBD-Verbindungen zu gewinnen. Die Technologie und der Prozess von Sixth Wave ist eine robuste, kostengünstige Methode zur Bereitstellung von hochreinem THC und CBD für den kommerziellen Markt. Die Reinheit und damit Unbedenklichkeit des Endprodukts wird in einem ersten Schritt vor allem für die medizinische Anwendung von grosser Bedeutung sein jedoch auch für den breiteren Markt ein wichtiges Kriterium werden.

Der Cannabis Sektor ist gegenüber dem Goldsektor wesentlich offener gegenüber neuen Innovationen, weshalb sich nun hier auch eine schnellerer Roll-out der Produkte von SIXW abzeichnet. Die Vorteile sind auch hier gegenüber bestehenden Purifikationsmethoden substanziell. Die wesentlichen Punkte hier nochmals zusammengefasst:

• Geringerer Kapitalaufwand (1/8 der Kosten)
• Höhere Ausbeutung der Grundprodukte (>99,7% Cannabinoid-Retention) bei 10-15% höherem Gesamtertrag
• Hochgradig automatisiert, schnell & effizient
• Keine qualifizierten Mitarbeiter erforderlich

AMIPS (Virus Detection)

Nun noch zum letzten Produkt in der Pipeline, welches bei den Meisten von uns wohl die grösste Fantasie auslöst. Schnelltests sind wichtige Screening-Tools für die Untersuchung einer grossen Anzahl von Personen geworden. Die Tests müssen schnell, genau und kostengünstig im Vergleich zu anderen Verfahren sein. Es ist klar, dass nach einem neuen Viralenausbruch (ob Covid oder auch andere Viren) wenig Zeit bleibt, ein neues MIP zu entwickeln. Um schnell auf einen neuen Ausbruch reagieren und rasch ein neues Diagnoseinstrument entwickeln zu können, hat das Forschungsteam von SIXW daran gearbeitet eine "Familie" von MIPs zu entwickeln, die auf der allgemeinen Form und Grösse von generischen Virusklassen basieren. Diese würden eine Reihe von anpassungsfähigen Testbausteinen liefern, die dann fast Plug & Play sein könnten. Die MIPS sind dann ein Teil eines Inventars, welches sofort für das Screening gegen eine neue Bedrohung eingesetzt werden. AMIPS ist deshalb längst nicht nur auf Covid-19 begrenzt, sondern dürfte z.B. auch für normale Influenzaviren Anwendung finden. Die Hauptvorteile von AMIPS ist, dass im Gegensatz zu den herkömmlichen Testmethoden nicht mit biologischen Stoffen gearbeitet wird, sondern eben mit einem Polymer. Die Tests werden dadurch robuster gegenüber Umwelteinflüssen und müssen nicht unter Laborbedingungen durchgeführt werden. Dadurch kann die Robustheit der Tests zu nehmen, was bei anderen Testmethoden teilweise ein Problem ist (falsche negative/positiv Resultate).

Ich hoffe, dass meine Ausführungen geholfen haben dem einen oder anderen in diesem Forum die Möglichkeiten der Technologie aufzuzeigen und den praktischen Nutzen herauszustreichen. Ich persönlich kenne das Potenzial aber auch die Risiken die mit dieser Investition verbunden sind. Auf diesem Bewertungsniveau scheint mir das Chancen- /Risikoverhältnis aber mehr als angemessen zu sein. Natürlich werde ich meine Investition laufend neu beurteilen und auch die Gnade haben mich bei gegebenem Anlass von der Position zu trennen.

Sixth Wave Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement of Units - Newsfile

Halifax, Nova Scotia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 12, 2021) - Sixth Wave Innovations Inc. (CSE: SIXW) (OTCQB: ATURF) (FSE: AHUH) ("Sixth Wave" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of units (the "Units") for approximate aggregate gross proceeds of C$6 million. The Private Placement has been fully-subscribed and the Company is no longer accepting orders at this time.

Each Unit will be issued at a subscription price of C$0.30, and will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), with each Warrant giving the holder the right to purchase one additional Common Share at an exercise price of $0.50 for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. The exercise price of the Warrants are subject to any adjustments that may be required by the applicable policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE").

The Company may pay aggregate cash finders fees of up to 7% of the gross proceeds raised from the Private Placement, in addition to issuing finder's warrants ("Finder's Warrants") representing up to 7% of the Units issued. Each Finder's Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.375 per Common Share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement for the continued development of the Company's cannabis extraction technology, the development of the Company's COVID-19 detection technology and general working capital.

The closing of the Private Placement and the issuance of the securities in connection therewith is conditional on the final acceptance of the CSE. All securities that are issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to, among other things, a hold period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. At its discretion, the Company may complete additional tranches of the Private Placement in the near future. The Company will make further announcements on the closing of any such additional tranches, if applicable.

Die Aufnahme von frischem Geld werte ich trotz der Verwässerung für die bestehenden Aktionäre als sehr gut. Das Unternehmen dürfte nun genügend kapitalisiert sein um die Kommerzialisierung ihrer Produkte voranzutreiben und die Zeit bis zu den ersten Umsätzen überbrücken zu können. Damit ist ein wichtiger Risikofaktor beseitigt.
