    ob du wohl zu hoch angesetzt hast? Isotis steigt zwar, das aber auch nur weil grosse Spekulationen nun sind. Ich frage mich schon, was die Strategie soll von der Isotis, denke die Aktie tief geben lassen weil das Unternehmen nach der Fusion um einiges mehr Wert sein wird, ich glaube an die Fusion jedoch bin ich bitter enttäuscht von der Isotisfirma. Das Vertrauen haben ja unzählige Aktionäre auch verloren...ich bleibe drin und hoffe weiters, meine Abschreibung ist eh schon zu gross :cry:

    Wenn Integra übernehmen will sollen die sich die nötigen Stimmen noch ehrlich ersteigern (denke ich).

    Zugestimmt habe ich nicht und wenn die Bude danach mehr Wert ist erhalte ich nicht mehr als die 7.25$

    IsoTis Reports Status of Merger Vote


    IRVINE, California, October 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IsoTis, (Nachrichten) Inc. ("IsoTis"), an orthobiologics company, today reported that less than 100,000 votes "FOR" are needed to approve the acquisition of IsoTis by Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation ("Integra") pursuant to an agreement and plan of merger dated as of August 6, 2007.


    Today's special meeting of stockholders will remain open throughout the day to allow for additional votes to be cast. If insufficient votes are cast in favor of the Integra merger at today's meeting, IsoTis will adjourn the meeting to October 30, 2007.


    Of the approximately 3.7 million shares present in person or by proxy at today's meeting, approximately 3.5 million shares voted "for" the merger with Integra, representing approximately 94.4% of the votes cast to date and approximately 49.0% of all outstanding shares at the record date.


    The IsoTis Board of Directors continues to believe unanimously that the interests of IsoTis' stockholders are best served by the acquisition by Integra, and that there are no feasible alternatives for the company and its stockholders. If IsoTis is unable to obtain the vote necessary to approve the proposed transaction, the company believes it will have to seek bankruptcy protection.

("IsoTis"), an orthobiologics company, today announced that, at the special meeting of stockholders re-convened earlier today, IsoTis stockholders have approved the acquisition of IsoTis by Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation ("Integra") pursuant to an agreement and plan of merger dated as of August 6, 2007.


    The acquisition is expected to close shortly, followed by settlement of the acquisition price of US$7.25 in cash per share. Following the merger, shares of IsoTis common stock will cease to be listed on NASDAQ.

    ja eigentlich schon, so hätte man eine evtl. Chance sehen können und die Aktien hätten vermutlich an Wert gewinnen können. Janu, mein Abschreiber ist eh schon zu gross, einer meiner ersten Aktien eben und fast im Höchststand dazumal gekauft.

    Die einen Banken behalten wohl das Geld noch eine Weile zurück um damit zu arbeiten oder bis der Dollarkurs schlechter ist.

    also ich hatte mein Geld bereits am 31.10.07 ca 16.00 Uhr auf dem Konto.

    Somit kann ich das elende Kapitel Isotis abschliessen. Ich hatte zwar noch Glück, mein EP war bei 7.99$. Letzterndlicher Verlust samt Währungsverlust ca. 1270.-

    Da ich aber bereits mit dem Totalverlust gerechnet hatte, werd ich aus dem Rest reines Zockerkapital machen. Mal sehen was passiert. :P
